Tickets & Registration
How do I register for WORLDEF Istanbul 2025?
Visit our Buy Tickets page and select your preferred ticket type (General, Executive, or VIP). Complete the registration form and payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR code within 24 hours.
What is the DealRoom app and how do I use it?
DealRoom is the official WORLDEF mobile app for networking, B2B matchmaking, and event access. Download it from App Store or Google Play before the event. Your QR code for venue entry will be available in the app. You can also schedule meetings, message attendees, and view the event schedule.
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade from General to Executive or VIP, or from Executive to VIP at any time before the event. Contact our support team at [email protected] to process the upgrade and pay the difference.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
General Attendee tickets are non-refundable. Executive and VIP tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the event with a 15% processing fee. Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Contact us at [email protected] at least 5 days before the event with the new attendee's full name, email, company, and job title. There is no fee for ticket transfers.
Are group discounts available?
Yes, groups of 5 or more attendees receive special pricing. Contact our sales team at [email protected] with your group size and preferred ticket type for a custom quote.
Venue & Travel
Where is WORLDEF Istanbul 2025 taking place?
The event will be held at Dr. Kadir Topbaş Show and Art Center in Yenikapı, Istanbul. The venue is easily accessible via M1 Metro, Marmaray, bus, taxi, or private car. See our Venue page for detailed directions.
How do I get to the venue from Istanbul Airport?
Take the HAVAIST bus directly to Yenikapı Sahil (approximately 60 minutes). The venue is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Alternatively, take a taxi (45-60 minutes depending on traffic).
Is parking available at the venue?
Limited paid parking is available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Credit card payments only. We recommend using public transportation (metro or Marmaray) for easier access. Public parking lots are also available within walking distance.
Can you recommend hotels near the venue?
We recommend hotels in Taksim, Şişli, or Bomonti areas, all within 15-20 minutes by metro. Visit our Venue & Travel page for specific hotel recommendations with special rates for WORLDEF attendees.
Sessions & Stages
Are there entry restrictions to the stages?
Yes. General Attendee tickets have limited access (9 sessions). Executive and VIP tickets provide unlimited stage access. VIP ticket holders can also attend exclusive VIP Sessions with Level 4 and 5 partners.
How many stages are there and what are they?
There are 4 content stages: Future Commerce Stage (main keynotes), Case Study Stage (success stories), Mess Up Stage (failure lessons and debates), and Pro Stage (workshops and masterclasses). Sessions run in parallel across all stages.
What are One2One sessions?
One2One sessions are exclusive 30-45 minute conversations with Level 4 and 5 partners moderated by a session chair. These sessions are only available to VIP ticket holders and provide intimate access to industry leaders.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all main stage sessions will be professionally recorded. Select sessions will be available on-demand after the event for registered attendees. Check your email for access instructions following the event.
Can I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, all registered attendees who check in at the event will receive a digital certificate of attendance via email within 7 days after the event concludes.
Is the event in English or Turkish?
WORLDEF Istanbul 2025 is conducted in English. Select sessions may have Turkish translation available. All materials, signage, and presentations are in English.
Networking & B2B
How does B2B matchmaking work?
Use the DealRoom app to browse attendee profiles, send meeting requests, and schedule appointments. Executive and VIP ticket holders have access to pre-scheduled B2B matchmaking. Complete your profile before the event to maximize networking opportunities.
What is the Executive Lounge?
The Executive Lounge is a dedicated networking space for Executive and VIP ticket holders. It features comfortable seating, complimentary refreshments, meeting tables, and charging stations. It's an ideal space for private conversations and informal meetings.
What is the VIP Lounge?
The VIP Lounge is an exclusive area for VIP ticket holders and Level 5 partners. It offers premium food and beverages, private meeting rooms, dedicated concierge service, and opportunities to network with C-level executives and industry leaders.
What is the Çırağan Palace VIP Reception?
VIP ticket holders are invited to an exclusive evening reception at the historic Çırağan Palace on the Bosphorus. This prestigious networking event includes dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Dress code is business formal.
Practical Information
Is WiFi available at the venue?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the entire venue. Network name and password will be provided at registration and displayed on screens throughout the event area.
Are meals included with my ticket?
Executive and VIP tickets include complimentary catered food and drinks throughout the event. General Attendee tickets do not include meals, but multiple food courts and restaurants are available at the venue for purchase (credit cards accepted).
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms. If you require special assistance, please contact us at [email protected] in advance so we can ensure your needs are met.
What items are prohibited at the event?
Prohibited items include weapons of any kind, large bags/luggage, outside food and beverages, illegal substances, and recording equipment without permission. All attendees will go through security screening at entrance.
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for the main event. Comfortable shoes are advised as there is significant walking. The Çırağan Palace VIP Reception requires business formal attire.
Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through our registration system. For bank transfers, contact us for account details.
Can I get an invoice for my ticket purchase?
Yes, an invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address after payment is confirmed. If you need a company invoice or require specific details, email your requirements to [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices displayed include applicable Turkish VAT. International attendees may be exempt from VAT - please contact us before purchase for VAT exemption procedures.
