Zübeyde Kaya

Zübeyde Kaya serves as CPA Manager at Manay CPA and specializes in the U.S. tax system, international taxation, accounting, and compliance. A graduate of Marmara University’s Department of Public Finance, Zübeyde completed her master’s studies in IFRS and international accounting and holds a CPA license in Türkiye.

Throughout her nearly 12-year career, she has gained experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, international company structuring, and start-up processes. She has actively taken part in tax compliance, financial reporting, accounting infrastructure, payroll compliance, and cross-border tax processes for multinational companies, foreign-invested structures, e-commerce ventures, and growth-stage companies. At Manay CPA, she particularly provides consultancy to companies expanding into the U.S. on federal and state-level tax processes, as well as their international compliance needs.
