Kağan Demirgil
Alongside his university education, he entered the business world. After a brief experience in journalism, Demirgil joined Turkish Airlines as a flight attendant, which gave him the opportunity to get to know different regions and cultures around the world. In 2002, he returned to journalism. Throughout his journalism career, which began as a reporter, he held positions as Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor in numerous publications at Akademedya Publishing, Kapital Media, and 3P Publishing.
In the institutions he worked for, he was responsible for content management of magazines, organizing design processes, managing teams, ensuring regular publication of magazines, overseeing printing and distribution processes, and handling all necessary legal procedures. He managed corporate publishing activities for many companies operating in different fields. He gained experience in advertising, branding, marketing, sales, and the medical/pharmaceutical sectors. Working in magazine publishing, editing, copywriting, book publishing, and proofreading, Demirgil specialized in print and digital publishing management (content, design, distribution, and copyright). He currently continues to serve as Managing Editor for various corporate and industry publications.
He has been involved in the printing and publishing processes of many books written by both local and international authors, and served as editor for the books “Satışın 10 Altın Kuralı – Taner Özdeş” and “4 Adımda Satış Başarısı / Dünyanın En İyi Satış Metodu – Neil Reckman,” published by MediaCat Publishing.
In 2011, he became one of the co-founders of Ajans Dijital Kalem, which provides 360-degree services in marketing and communications. He currently serves as the agency’s president.
He has gained experience in event and project management, press communications, online communication management, marketing communications, corporate identity development, crisis management, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility management. He teaches marketing and communications at Istanbul Kültür University.

Fluent in English, Demirgil has a deep interest in the history of science and philosophy and archives books and magazines collected from second-hand bookstores.
