Serkan Saraçoğlu
Serkan Saraçoğlu completed his primary education at Kültür College, his secondary education at Çavuşoğlu College, and his high school education at Ataköy Cumhuriyet Anatolian High School. He completed his undergraduate studies in the Business Administration Department of Anadolu University, strengthening his academic background in business management and commerce.
He began his professional career as a copywriter at advertising agencies and, with the acceleration of digital transformation, shifted his expertise toward e-commerce and digital marketing. With experience in content management, digital communication, and performance marketing, he developed a versatile career path and worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at major advertising agencies. Throughout his career, he has continuously pursued professional development by participating in various training programs, workshops, and certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and user experience.
In the field of e-commerce management, he has worked at leading brands in the industry such as EXA and Nike, taking active roles in strategic growth, digital sales development, and brand management processes. Since 2017, he has been working as E-Commerce Director at AVVA, where he continues his work in digital growth strategies, omni-channel commerce structures, performance marketing, and customer experience.
