Selin İşlek
Selin İşlek entered the world of marketing and communications in 2005 and worked in brand and digital marketing roles at Memorial Health Group and FLO. In 2013, she transitioned into e-commerce with a product manager position at FLO, leading digital transformation initiatives during a period when the industry was undergoing significant change. She then served as E-Commerce Director at Orka Holding, which includes the DS Damat and Damat Tween brands, and led the group’s digital growth journey.
With more than 13 years of experience in end-to-end e-commerce management, İşlek has managed teams of over 25 people across performance marketing, planning, CRM, content, design, and customer experience. She has held senior-level responsibility reporting directly to the board of directors across all stages of the e-commerce sales cycle. The projects she led for FLO and DS Damat received awards in website user experience and e-commerce development categories, while her performance marketing initiatives for DS Damat were published globally as case studies. To date, she has been responsible for the e-commerce operations of more than 15 brands and has successfully achieved both revenue and profitability targets across all projects she has led.
At the end of 2025, she founded Ryse Growth and Ecom Dept, through which she continues to provide growth consultancy to brands across a wide range of sectors including fashion, jewelry, home & living, cosmetics, and food. She is also developing her own AI-based product designed to accelerate e-commerce operations through automation. She regularly participates as a speaker and trainer at university and industry events, and defines her mission as supporting the sustainable growth of brands through a data-driven decision-making culture.
