Eser Erkan

Eser Erkan is a senior e-commerce executive operating in Turkey’s digital transformation and retail sector. She completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul Technical University and continued his academic career at the same institution, earning a master’s degree in Engineering Management.

She began his professional career in retail, logistics, and digital commerce, taking on operational management roles in ventures such as Tutumluanne.com and Yollando, a cross-border e-commerce logistics-focused initiative. She later worked at Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, where she gained experience in the digitalization of traditional retail processes and omnichannel strategies.

Bringing his accumulated expertise to Saat&Saat A.Ş., one of Turkey’s leading watch distributors, Eser Erkan currently serves as the company’s E-Commerce Director. In this role, she manages all online sales, digital operations, supply chain processes, and e-commerce growth strategies. She shares his industry knowledge with the ecosystem through podcasts, panels, and interviews, and also serves as a jury member in organizations such as the Pazarlama Türkiye E-Commerce Awards.
