Cenk Çiğdemli

Cenk Çiğdemli, born on April 22, 1989, is the founder and CEO of Ticimax E-commerce Systems, one of Turkey’s leading e-commerce infrastructure providers.

Çiğdemli began his entrepreneurial journey at a very young age. During his high school years, he started developing software for small businesses and, in his sophomore year, created a tool called “Kendin Yönet Tool,” which allowed users to easily build their own websites. This innovative project attracted the attention of Kobiline, a company under the Koç Group, and Çiğdemli worked with Kobiline for a period of time.

He completed his high school education at Kadıköy Vocational High School in the Software Department and later studied Computer Programming at Istanbul Commerce University. In his final year of high school, he was introduced to the world of online commerce and began developing e-commerce website software in 2005. In the same year, he founded the Ticimax brand, derived from the phrase “maximum commerce.”

Today, Ticimax provides infrastructure for more than 30,000 e-commerce websites and employs over 250 people. The company continues its innovation efforts through its R&D center located in a technopark. With his achievements and contributions to the industry, Cenk Çiğdemli is recognized as one of Turkey’s most important e-commerce leaders.
