İlayda Bilek is a Istanbul-based brand consultant, trainer, and digital entrepreneur specializing in brand positioning, strategy, and digital community building.

Education
She built her academic foundation in communication and marketing, completing her undergraduate studies at Galatasaray University. She later pursued a master’s degree in Marketing Communications Management at the same university.

Career and Ventures
After her corporate career, she took her own path in the digital marketing industry and founded Küçük & Co. Branding & Social Media Agency, which provides boutique and global services.

Agency and Brand Consulting: Through Küçük & Co., she develops brand identity, positioning, and social media strategies for companies in Turkey and abroad. In addition, she serves as an active brand consultant for İlmekoloji, a zero-waste and sustainability-focused brand.

Digital Content Creation and Training: Beyond passive audience growth, she delivers training programs titled “Manage Your Own Account,” focusing on building highly engaged communities. Through her YouTube channel and Instagram account, she provides guidance content on personal development, productivity, work discipline, and financial freedom to hundreds of thousands of followers.

Speaking and Events: Supporting women’s empowerment in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, she delivers inspirational talks at universities and various organizations under themes such as “Confidence, Career, and Carving Your Own Path” and “If You Want to Save the World, You Have to Be Rich.”

She continues to mentor individual entrepreneurs on building digital revenue models while also managing the digital transformation processes of corporate brands.
