Özge Özkan Gezergen

After a 16-year corporate Human Resources journey, I founded Leap Up Career to transfer my experience to organizations with a vision of “people and culture transformation.” Following my undergraduate studies at Doğuş University, I began my professional career and gained experience across a wide range of sectors with different dynamics, including retail, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, finance, media, and advertising.

I completed my master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Bilgi University with a final project on “The effects of hybrid working models on employee engagement.” I strengthened my people-oriented approach with ICF-accredited coaching training, making it a priority to unlock the potential of individuals and organizations.

As a result of my professional impact and the projects I have led, I was recognized by Great Place To Work® Turkey as one of the 200 most influential HR leaders and received the “2025 Best People & Culture Leaders” award. I continue to share my knowledge and experience through my articles in Harvard Business Review Türkiye and Mallreport, contributing to the cultural transformation of the modern business world. Through my consulting work, I serve as a “Strategic HR Partner” for SMEs and startups. While managing organizational transformation, culture building, and leadership development processes, I act as a strategic partner in critical people-related decisions during companies’ growth stages.
