Adem Erdal

Adem Erdal is one of the recognized entrepreneurs in the Turkish textile industry and serves as the Co-Founder and Board Member of the sportswear brand TOMMYLIFE.

Entrepreneurial Career and TOMMYLIFE
Adem Erdal began his career in the textile and ready-to-wear industry at an early age. In 1994, he founded TOMMYLIFE (Ömer Tekstil), which would later become one of Türkiye’s leading sportswear brands.

From the establishment of the company, he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for many years. During this period, he:

• Established the brand’s design and production infrastructure.
• Expanded the wholesale and retail sales network.
• Digitalized the brand through e-commerce integration.

Global Achievements
Under Erdal’s leadership, TOMMYLIFE evolved from a local brand into a global player. Today, the company exports to more than 100 countries, primarily across Europe, the Middle East, and the Balkans.

Current Position
After transferring the company’s operational management to professional teams, Adem Erdal continues to take part in strategic decision-making processes as a Board Member. He provides guidance for the brand’s global growth vision and institutionalization projects.
