Bahattin Aydın

Bahattin Aydın is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of LC Waikiki. A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a degree in Psychology, he brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has held senior HR leadership positions at UPS, Yıldız Holding, Avea, and Türk Telekom, leading large-scale transformation, talent, and people strategies. He has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD, and holds a master’s degree in Action Research and Transformation from Sabancı University. Recognized among Türkiye’s most influential HR leaders, Aydın continues to drive people-centered growth and organizational excellence as CHRO of LC Waikiki since 2025.
