Ramazan Altınay

Ramazan Altınay completed his undergraduate education in Civil Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and an Executive Development Program at Sabancı University. He spent 10 years in various roles at n11.com, one of Türkiye’s leading e-commerce platforms, where he most recently served as Deputy General Manager of Operations. His previous professional experience also includes positions as Transportation and Operations Manager at Havi Logistics and TNT Express.

Since March 2023, Ramazan Altınay has been serving as Head of International Affairs, Business Development, and Strategy at Aras Kargo. Following the assumption of new responsibilities in 2026, he was appointed Vice President of Sales, Strategy, and International Affairs. In this role, he is responsible for conducting international industry and market research, identifying new business opportunities and projects, developing sustainable customer relationships, formulating sales strategies, and managing process improvement initiatives.

Following the full acquisition of Azerbaijan-based cargo company Starex, Altınay was additionally appointed General Manager of Aras Global as of October 2025, alongside his existing responsibilities.
