Mehmet Mızrak

Mehmet Mızrak is a graduate of the Faculty of Education at Marmara University. He has further strengthened his academic background through certified programs in Educational Expertise (approved by Istanbul University), Educational Consultancy (approved by Middle East Technical University and Istanbul University), and Career Coaching.

With approximately 15 years of experience in the education sector, Mızrak has held various roles including teacher, education manager, and coordinator. He has built a professional career focused on academic development, institutional leadership, and student guidance.

Through the Etkili Gelişim Akademisi, which he founded, he delivers holistic development programs for children aged 9 to 18 and their families, using the Teachfluence infrastructure. These programs aim to enhance students’ academic and personal competencies in areas such as speed reading with comprehension, focus and attention development, and effective public speaking.

In addition to his work in education, Mızrak is active in digital growth mentoring, storytelling, and digital content strategy. He also organizes large-scale online seminars for parents, contributing to family communication and student guidance processes through structured educational support systems.
