Ufuk Gürsoy

Ufuk Gürsoy is a senior executive, entrepreneur, and strategist with more than 30 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, and corporate governance. Throughout his professional career, he has held strategic roles in both national and international technology companies, overseeing innovative business models and technology adaptation processes.

He currently serves as Managing Partner and CXO at NAT AI Solutions, a company developing enterprise artificial intelligence solutions and autonomous workflow systems. In this role, he leads the development of enterprise AI and multi-agent ecosystems that integrate with corporate resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructures.

In earlier stages of his career, Gürsoy held key leadership positions in major technology and telecommunications companies. He served as Head of Mobile Communications Sales at LG Electronics. He also made significant contributions to the entrepreneurial ecosystem as General Manager and Co-Founder of Gençpa Teknoloji and iFocus Teknoloji.

He continues his entrepreneurial and investment activities as a Co-Founder of NextOne Teknoloji and a Board Member of NAT Yazılım.

Alongside his executive career, Ufuk Gürsoy also works as a senior leadership advisor, executive coach, and entrepreneurial mentor, focusing on enabling local startups to adopt advanced technologies and artificial intelligence for global scaling. He regularly shares his expertise and industry insights as a speaker at international conferences on technology, innovation, and e-commerce.
