Hazal Ergün Dudaşlı is a well-rounded professional with diverse work experiences. She began her career in 2012 as a Strategist at Runway Interactive, where she developed her skills in digital strategy. In 2013, she worked as an Assistant Director at Böcek Yapım, gaining significant experience in the media and production sectors.

To expand her expertise in education and marketing, Hazal took on various internship roles at Rafineri, where she gained valuable experience in client relations and planning.
