Orxan Isayev is the Co-Founder and CEO of ShopiVerse. Born in Baku, Azerbaijan in 1985, he pursued his higher education in Turkey, earning a degree in Business Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), followed by a master's in International Trade and two doctoral degrees in International Relations and Marketing.

Orxan started his career at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances GmbH, where he spent over 10 years in various roles, ranging from marketing to regional management. In 2013, he founded Tutyakala.com, which he successfully exited in 2018.

In the same year, Orxan launched the Cross-Border E-Commerce Mini MBA program at Istanbul Commerce University and established WORLDEF Business School (WBS), the first and only government-approved e-commerce school in Turkey, training over 50,000 entrepreneurs and businesses.

He is also the Vice President and Board Member of WORLDEF Group and serves as the CEO of ShopiVerse, which integrates e-commerce components such as logistics, payment systems, marketplaces, warehouses, and ERP systems. He is recognized as an official senior trainer for the Turkish Ministry of Trade in cross-border e-commerce.

Fluent in Russian and English, Orxan specializes in cross-border e-commerce and sales marketing.
