Having led teams from diverse cultural backgrounds in Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, Şahin enjoys working in matrix organizations and multinational companies. His career journey began in production and quality management, followed by roles in project management, CRM, commercial/sales excellence, B2B and B2C customer experience, and business operations. He is always focused on data, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

Şahin holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, constantly striving for a better perspective and improvement. He is proactive, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is focused on customer satisfaction.
