Currently, he is managing the digital transformation of the brand as E-commerce Director at Hammer Jack Official. Additionally, as General Secretary at ELİDER, Elmas continues to share his knowledge and experience in the e-commerce sector. He also founded L-event Academy, a training platform specializing in e-commerce and e-export.
