Onur Güneş currently serves as the Global Account Manager at Philips Home Appliances, leveraging 15 years of commercial experience and 8 years of senior e-commerce expertise. He manages the Amazon account across the METAR region (Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa) and leads the e-commerce sales channel in Turkey. Reporting to the Global VP of Global Accounts, Güneş leads a team of four Key Account Managers. Güneş’s core competencies include developing and maintaining trusted, productive long-term relationships with clients, defining clear e-commerce strategies, achieving budgeted sales volumes and profit margins, and optimizing e-foundations, such as e-distribution, e-shelving, and e-commerce marketing. Additionally, as a former Amazon employee, Güneş is a member of the Ecom Leaders Club in Turkey and a mentor at the undergraduate level, reflecting his passion for sales, e-commerce, leadership, and education.
