Ms. Clara Shi is the CEO of WorldFirst, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ant International, dedicated to providing one-stop payment and financial services to global cross-border SMEs.

Ms. Shi joined Ant Group in October 2017 and also currently holds the position of Vice President in the International Business Group of Ant Group.

Before her tenure at Ant Group, she served as the Head of International Subsidiary Banking for Commercial Banking at HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited from July 2015 to October 2017. Prior to HSBC, Ms. Shi had an extensive career at Citibank (China) Company Limited, where she held various roles from December 2003 to July 2015, ultimately serving as the North China Head of the Global Subsidiary Group within Global Corporate & Investment Banking.
