Erdem BİÇER works as the Head of Department in Advertising Control Department at the Ministry of Commerce. He has contributed to many legal regulations related to consumer contracts, digital marketing, sustainablity. And he has contributed as a trainer with numerous sectoral panels on timeshare holidays, package tours, advertisements and implementing regulations. Within the scope of the Advertisement Board's work in Türkiye, he carried out a guide on social media influencers, discount sales advertisements and misleading enviromental claims as well as a screening project for social media advertisements.
