After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture at Bilgi University, she worked as an architect for 5 years in the Management Office at Istanbul Technical University. During this time, she also completed their master's degree at Istanbul Technical University as a PMO. After both an academic and architectural journey, she ventured into the e-commerce sector with Doğuş Technology. At EuroMessage, a technology company of Doğuş Technology, she served as the Project Management Team Leader. For about three years, they provided consultancy and process leadership for digital communication channel integration to leading companies in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. After completing her career at EuroMessage in the first half of 2024, she officially started as the Head of Product at Holly Palm. Melisa has been part of the founding team at Holly Palm since 2019, working in Management Consulting and Strategic Consulting. In 2023, she played a significant role in making Holly Palm one of Turkey's sole Shopify Plus partners. She are still actively involved in all product development, strategy, technology, and processes as part of the founding team at Holly Palm.
