Worldef is not responsible for any issues or damages that may occur to the user during the use of the content on www.worldef.com.
The user agrees to use all content provided by www.worldef.com at their own risk and solely for their own needs. Worldef is not responsible for any data loss or computer system damage related to the use of its content.

Force Majeure In all circumstances legally considered ‘force majeure,’ Worldef is not liable for any delay, incomplete performance, or non-performance of any of its obligations under these terms. These situations will not be considered delay, incomplete performance, non-performance, or default for Worldef, and no compensation can be claimed from Worldef under any name. The term “force majeure” will be interpreted as events that are beyond Worldef’s reasonable control and that Worldef cannot prevent despite showing the necessary diligence, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages, and adverse weather conditions.

Effectiveness and Termination of Terms The user is deemed to have accepted the terms set forth by using www.worldef.com or declaring that they accept these terms, and these terms will be in effect indefinitely between the parties. The user agrees and undertakes to compensate Worldef and/or third parties for any damages and losses immediately due to any actions contrary to the rights and obligations specified in these terms or failure to fulfill or comply with their commitments.

Worldef reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the user’s right to use www.worldef.com without prior notice in case of detection of clearly illegal or criminal uses.
The user has declared, accepted, and undertaken that they will delete all content, information, music, images, and other types of content obtained from www.worldef.com from all computers and/or storage media under their ownership, management, or control upon the termination of these terms or upon the request of Worldef.

Dispute Resolution These terms and the application, interpretation, management of the legal relationships arising under these terms, and the resolution of disputes are subject to Turkish Law. The parties accept that the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the application of these terms.
