Dubai Chamber has launched an AI-powered marketplace platform called "Chamber AI Hub" to help companies automate their administrative and operational processes. Announced by the organization on October 26, 2026, the platform features 22 specialized AI agents across seven business areas. Dubai Chamber aims to increase the number of agents on the platform to 100, describing it as the world's first autonomous AI marketplace developed by a chamber of commerce.

AI-Powered Marketplace Provides Services Across Seven Business Areas

Chamber AI Hub, developed by Dubai Chamber, enables companies to access AI agents capable of independently performing specific tasks. The technology, known as agentic artificial intelligence, refers to systems that can carry out multi-step processes toward defined objectives rather than merely responding to users' questions.

The AI-powered marketplace can be used across seven key business areas: compliance, procurement, operations, finance, sales, human resources, and logistics. Dubai Chamber members can select solutions that meet their needs and benefit from the platform's subscription packages.

The system supports tasks such as supplier research, bid evaluation, supply chain risk monitoring, contract review, matching purchase orders with invoices, preparing business proposals, evaluating resumes, and prioritizing potential customers. It also offers solutions for information technology support requests.

Companies Will Be Able to Test AI Agents Before Deployment

AI agents available through the AI-powered marketplace can be tested in a secure environment before being directly deployed by companies. Known as a "sandbox," this environment allows businesses to evaluate the tools before implementing them in actual operations.

The platform offers users initial credits and paid subscription options based on usage. Management dashboards enable companies to monitor usage levels, costs, and agent task completion performance.

The AI-powered marketplace also allows companies to assess their technological readiness and centrally manage their employees' use of AI agents. According to Dubai Chamber's statement, data is hosted in the United Arab Emirates, and companies' information is kept separate. The system supports Arabic and English and is stated to comply with relevant data protection regulations.

Dubai Chamber Aims to Reach More Than 295,000 Companies in Two Years

Dubai Chamber is implementing the AI-powered marketplace initiative as part of a two-year program aimed at increasing technology adoption in the private sector. The program aims to reach more than 295,000 companies and increase the number of agents available on the platform to 100.

The organization has also developed training programs for 14,000 companies affiliated with business groups and business councils within Dubai Chamber. The training is intended to help businesses integrate agentic artificial intelligence into their existing business processes.

Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, stated that success in the transition to artificial intelligence should be measured not only by the adoption of technology but also by the extent to which companies can use these tools to solve business problems and achieve tangible results.

Dubai Expands Artificial Intelligence Adoption in the Private Sector

The launch of Chamber AI Hub was carried out as part of an initiative by Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to accelerate the adoption of autonomous artificial intelligence technologies in the private sector.

On October 19, the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy signed two cooperation agreements with Nebius Academy and Lovable to enhance companies' artificial intelligence capabilities.

While the AI-powered marketplace serves as the implementation component of these efforts, Dubai Chamber also aims to support the growth of technology development companies and facilitate knowledge sharing within the business community as part of the program.
