Founded in 1979 by Celal Aras, Aras Distribution and Marketing, through the strength of the distribution network it established, also laid the foundations of Aras Cargo, which commenced operations in 1989 with the decision to utilize this strength in transportation as well. Improving its service quality with the innovations it has brought to the sector since its establishment, Aras Cargo is today a pioneering transportation company with 14 regional directorates, 28 transfer centers, nearly 1,000 branches, a fleet consisting of more than 5,000 vehicles, and an expert staff of nearly 16,000 people, knocking on more than 1 million doors every day and possessing Turkey’s widest access network. Providing service to more than 1,500 settlements in all provinces and districts of Turkey, Aras Cargo also continues to move forward with confident steps by expanding its service boundaries day by day through mobile services operating in nearly 1,600 settlement centers.
