We began our operations in 2002 by implementing infrastructure projects that enabled free telephone communication between the headquarters and branch offices of multi-branch companies.
Over time, we continued by building Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) infrastructures for businesses seeking to offer alternative telecommunications services throughout Türkiye.
In 2006, we established and operated the Türksat Inc. Call Center for five years. In 2008, we established and operated the İGDAŞ Call Center for one year. With the İGDAŞ project, we received the Best New Call Center Award at the annual İMİ Awards, one of Türkiye’s leading call center industry competitions.
With the Fixed Telephony Service (STH) license obtained from the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) in 2009, and the Internet Service Provider (ISP) license obtained from BTK in 2013, we provide Fixed Telephony Services, Data Services, and related telecommunications solutions to private-sector companies and public institutions.
Since 2024, we have also been offering our customers AI-powered voice technology solutions, developed as part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and advanced communication services.
