Ceren Okutan
Ceren Okutan is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in corporate strategy and technology management. He began his education at İzmir Atatürk High School and graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 1996. He later continued his studies at Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom, further expanding his international perspective.
In the early years of his career, Okutan served as a Sales Manager at Turcom, one of the leading companies in the technology and IT sector, where he built strong expertise in corporate sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Today, he serves as the General Manager of Voip Telekom, a company operating in the fields of corporate voice (VoIP), fixed-line telephony services, and bulk SMS solutions. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, strengthening its market position, and leading the delivery of innovative telecommunications solutions to corporate clients.
Under his leadership, Voip Telekom actively contributes to the development of the telecommunications sector through its involvement in the Association of Alternative Telecommunication Operators (TELKODER). With his commitment to technological transformation and extensive industry experience, Ceren Okutan continues to play a key role in shaping strategic growth and innovation within the telecommunications industry.
