Demet Tosun

Born in Çorum in 1986, Demet Kumaş Tosun graduated from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Kocaeli University in 2010. In 2017, she completed her master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Marmara University.

During her university education, she took her first steps into professional business life by working part-time as an overseas education consultant. Throughout her career, she held positions in the human resources organizations of leading companies in Turkey such as DeFacto, Gürmen Group, and Turkuvaz Media Group/D&R. During her corporate experience, she gained expertise in many areas including talent management, organizational development, internal communication, training, performance management, and digital human resources process management.

Currently continuing her work as a human resources consultant under her own company, Demet Kumaş Tosun provides consultancy services to companies in the areas of structuring human resources processes, recruitment, training, coaching, organizational development, and digital human resources transformation.
