Mehmet Fatih Karaca

Fatih Karaca was born in Malatya in 1982. After graduating from Bilkent University in 2004, he completed his MBA at Pompeu Fabra University between 2004 and 2006; he then attended the Advanced Management & Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School.

Fatih Karaca began his career at Karaca Group and was responsible for the Marketing and Retail departments between 2006 and 2013. Since 2013, he has been serving as the CEO of Karaca Group.

Today, Karaca Group operates with 18 brands, more than 4,000 employees, 400 stores, and over 2,000 points of sale across 43 countries. Founded in 1973, the Karaca brand brings together consumers with more than 10,000 products across 140 categories, ranging from tableware products to small household appliances.

Recognized with numerous awards for his achievements in the business world, Fatih Karaca received the “Best Entrepreneur Businessperson” award in 2010 and the “Young Leader” award in 2017; he was also listed among the “40 CEOs Under 40” for four consecutive years in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
