Orxan Isayev

Orxan Isayev, born in 1985 in Baku, Azerbaijan, pursued his higher education in Turkey, where he graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Management Engineering. He furthered his academic journey by earning a master’s degree in International Trade, followed by two doctorates in International Relations and Marketing, respectively.

With over a decade of experience at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances GmbH, a Germany-based global leader, he held various leadership roles spanning marketing, operations, sales, and regional directorship. In 2013, Orxan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding Tutyakala.com, an e-commerce venture which he successfully exited in 2018.

In the same year, he launched the Cross-Border E-Commerce Mini MBA program at Istanbul Commerce University. By 2019, Orxan established the WORLDEF Business School (WBS), Turkey's first and only e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce institution accredited by the Ministry of National Education. Under his leadership, WBS has trained more than 50,000 entrepreneurs and companies within just four years.

Currently, Orxan Isayev serves as the Vice President and Board Member of WORLDEF Group of Companies and the CEO of ShopiVerse, a company that integrates the entire e-commerce ecosystem, including logistics, payment systems, marketplaces, warehouses, and ERP systems. In addition to these roles, he is an official senior trainer for the Turkish Ministry of Trade, specializing in cross-border e-commerce.

Orxan Isayev is fluent in both Russian and English and is regarded as an expert in cross-border e-commerce and sales marketing.
