We are the first eCommerce Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina, established at the beginning of 2021 with the aim of representing the eCommerce community, protecting the rights and interests of merchants and consumers, and creating and fostering a positive business environment in the field of e-business.
Our mission is to support the interests of eCommerce merchants, contribute to the knowledge and expansion of eCommerce — including related services and technologies — and reduce legal barriers that limit the sector’s development through various activities such as lobbying, providing legal support, training, and research.
Our approach includes all relevant institutions and companies from different industries in order to enable the sustainable growth of the entire industry.
We are the only eCommerce association in the Balkan region that is part of the European association Ecommerce Europe (since September 2022).
