The foundations of MFT Leather Design were laid in September 2022 in Bolu Gerede, one of Türkiye’s most established centers of leather craftsmanship, by Mehmet Fazlı Türker. Growing up with the experience and knowledge of a father who dedicated many years to leather manufacturing, our founder combined the analytical perspective gained through engineering education with this traditional craft to establish the MFT brand. Our goal was to bring together years of leatherworking mastery with the dynamics of modern retail and e-commerce, delivering the highest quality and most natural materials directly to consumers. Staying loyal to the foundations of traditional production, we set out with the mission of making premium quality accessible to everyone.
Today, through both our physical retail store and digital platforms, we offer customers first-class wallets, belts, and various leather accessories made from 100% genuine leather. We never use artificial materials in our production processes; instead, we carefully craft premium real leather types such as full grain, crazy horse, and tiguan leather, all known for their durability and unique character that develops over time. Our aim is not simply to create everyday accessories, but to design long-lasting, timeless products that become even more beautiful with age. By preserving the natural texture, flexibility, and quality of leather, we place great importance on reflecting true handcraftsmanship in every wallet and belt we produce.
While our physical store allows customers to personally experience the distinctive scent and quality of genuine leather, our strong e-commerce infrastructure enables us to expand far beyond local borders. What began as a locally rooted initiative has evolved into a dynamic e-commerce brand selling across Türkiye and international markets through global marketplaces such as Trendyol, Amazon, and Etsy. By combining the trust built through physical retail with the speed and broad reach of the digital world, we pursue a multi-channel growth strategy. Blending our traditional production strength with a modern e-commerce vision, we continue to grow every day and introduce the true value of 100% genuine leather to customers on a global scale.
