Afşin Kaya

Afşin Kaya is a Product Lead and Head of Operations at Personel.com, where he leads product strategy, operational execution, launch planning, and growth initiatives for the platform. His role focuses on aligning product development, business operations, user experience, and go-to-market execution to support scalable product growth and long-term value delivery.

He initially joined the company to lead product development, assembling and managing the team responsible for delivering the MVP and completing the initial product scope within aggressive timelines. As the platform evolved toward launch, his responsibilities expanded into operational leadership, including establishing product management and operational processes, aligning business and product priorities, supporting hiring efforts, overseeing digital growth initiatives, and guiding product execution through launch readiness and scaling.

Afşin’s leadership approach is built on over a decade of experience across business software, UX/UI, product planning, process design, and digital product execution. Having worked in technology and design since the early 2000s, he has supported startups and businesses across SaaS, mobile, and enterprise systems, helping teams transform complex business requirements into scalable and user-focused digital products. Alongside his work at Personel.com, he is also a Co-Founder and the Product Lead at CoreFactor, a product company focused on product strategy, UX/UI, software planning, and digital transformation for companies building operational and customer-facing platforms.
