Başak Nur Zazaoğlu

Zazaoğlu, who holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University, began her professional career in 2007 at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the field of Audit and Advisory. Throughout her career, she has held positions at prestigious organizations such as Türk Telekom International, Kibar Holding, Assan Panel, Sur Yapı Group, and Kalyon Holding, gaining senior executive experience in IFRS reporting and consolidation, budget management, financial analysis and planning, financial control, cash management, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring processes, and risk management.

Zazaoğlu joined Aras Kargo as Finance Director in 2022 and, as of March 2025, continues her role as CFO of Aras Global. In this capacity, she leads the finance, treasury management, tax and legal compliance, IFRS reporting, and budgeting functions of the company’s subsidiaries in Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan, as well as the human resources, legal and compliance, procurement, and administrative affairs functions.
