Ahmet Bektaş
Ahmet Bektaş is an engineer and entrepreneur who leads innovative ventures across the food, technology, and education sectors. After completing his education at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi, he graduated from the Department of Communication Engineering. Early in his career, he worked as a television presenter and held senior management roles in the telecommunications industry.
In 2012, he transitioned into entrepreneurship with his wife, veterinarian Merve Bektaş, by founding the Veteriner Anne Çiftliği in Çatalca. He managed the farm’s e-commerce infrastructure, digital marketing strategy, and growth operations, transforming the brand into a large-scale direct-to-consumer organic food business with over half a million followers. Within this venture, he has also led efforts to promote pesticide-free and chemical-free production models.
Expanding into technology, Bektaş founded Vimsy, an AI-driven platform that automates e-commerce and social media content workflows and develops data analytics-based solutions. Through this platform, he focuses on integrating engineering principles with digital transformation to optimize traditional business models using next-generation software systems.
In the education sector, he is a co-founder of the Environmental Science College (Çevre Bilim Koleji), where he works on integrating nature, ecology, sustainability, and environmental awareness into early education curricula and projects.
Today, Ahmet Bektaş continues to build and scale multidisciplinary ventures that combine nature and technology into integrated business models.
