Halil Erdoğmuş

Halil Erdoğmuş is an entrepreneurial executive with 30+ years of experience in building and scaling businesses across multiple sectors, including omnichannel retail and e-commerce, transportation, customer experience/BPO, banking, and media. He began his career at Türki Mitsui Bank A.Ş. (1991) and delivered export-oriented projects in ecological cotton and cotton-based manufacturing within his family business in Uşak. In 1992, he founded Uşak Radyo TV A.Ş., one of Türkiye’s early private radio initiatives. He later joined Benkar (Boyner Holding) as Planning & New Projects Manager and contributed to the early rollout of the Advantage card. From 2005 to 2013, he led Anadolu Ulaşım A.Ş., increasing revenue from $9M to $30M and completing a strategic sale to Pamukkale Turizm. In 2007, he pioneered the establishment of Metis Anadolu Call Center and transferred his shares to Teleperformance in 2010. He led ebebek from 2000–2026 through formation, scaling and institutionalization, including a strategic partnership with the Topbaş family (2011) and a successful Borsa Istanbul listing in September 2023 under ticker EBEBK. During his leadership ebebek ended 2025 with 300 stores in Turkey, 2 stores in UK, 1 store in Iraq and c.670,000,000 USD annual turnover. He is a Co-Founder and Board Member at Evidea, supporting the company’s growth as an omnichannel home & living retailer across e-commerce and physical stores. Since 2022, he has served as an Independent Advisor to the Board at BİM, contributing to strategic topics and governance with an independent, results-oriented perspective.He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Istanbul University and an Executive MBA from Sabancı University.
