İhsan Ateş

He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of History in 1994, and began his professional career at LC Waikiki. Between 1990 and 2001, he held several key positions within the company, including Regional Manager, Credit Inquiry Manager, and Sales Manager.

In 2001, after completing marketing studies in the United Kingdom, he returned to Türkiye and founded his own consultancy firm, PBD. Through this company, he provided advisory services to 35 different Turkish retail companies, focusing on retail operations and business development.

In 2003, he joined DeFacto as a consultant. Since 2005, he has been serving as President of DeFacto Retail Group and Vice Chairman, playing a key role in the company’s strategic growth and international retail expansion.
