Mehmet Türkel is one of Turkey’s leading retail and e-commerce professionals. With approximately 20 years of experience in digital commerce, he has led significant projects in omnichannel transformation, global e-commerce operations, digital marketing, data-driven growth, and customer experience.

He currently serves as E-Commerce Director at Penti, where he manages digital growth operations across Turkey, Romania, and international markets.

Türkel has a strong interest in marketplace strategies, AI-powered commerce models, omnichannel structures, and next-generation customer experience. He also serves as a board member of ETİD (Electronic Commerce Operators Association).
