Uğur Kargı

Uğur Kargı serves as the E-Commerce Director of Derimod, where he oversees the company’s domestic and international e-commerce operations as well as its digital marketing processes. Having worked in the e-commerce sector since 2014, Kargı began his career at online shopping platforms and has gained end-to-end experience across all areas of e-commerce, including strategy, operations, performance marketing, CRM, customer experience, mobile applications, marketplace management, and international growth.

Kargı graduated from the Business Administration Department of Anadolu University and completed his MBA in Business Administration at Işık University. Today, he leads the management of Derimod’s web, mobile application, marketplace, and international e-commerce channels, while continuing his work in digital transformation, omnichannel retail, customer loyalty, AI-powered commerce technologies, and omnichannel retail.
