Yesim Deretam is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TAM Accounting Inc., a U.S.-based firm specializing in accounting, finance, and tax advisory services. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic consulting.

She graduated from Anadolu University’s Faculty of Business Administration and later earned an MBA degree in Business Administration, further strengthening her expertise in finance and corporate management.

Yesim Deretam holds the prestigious Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, granted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), which authorizes her to represent taxpayers before the IRS at the federal level without limitation. She is also a Certified Tax Coach (CTC), recognized for her expertise in proactive tax planning and legal tax-saving strategies.

Throughout her career, she has provided financial and tax advisory services to companies operating across international markets. Through TAM Accounting, she specializes in U.S. company formation, international taxation, e-commerce accounting for platforms such as Amazon and Etsy, IRS audit processes, and cross-border investment strategies.
