Cem Ötkün

Cem Ötkün is a Turkish technology entrepreneur and executive specializing in data analytics, artificial intelligence, gaming ecosystems, and corporate innovation. Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation initiatives within major organizations while also founding technology-driven ventures focused on data and innovation.

After completing his university education, he built his career around data science, business development, and strategic planning. In the early stages of his professional journey, he focused on data analytics, customer insights, and growth-oriented business strategies.

Cem has held key positions within leading companies in the technology and finance sectors. At Koçfinans, he managed corporate innovation processes and digital transformation projects, contributing to the development of innovation-focused business models. During his tenure at Vodafone, he served as a New Business Development Manager, where he focused on the gaming vertical and strategic partnerships with early-stage technology startups.

Following his corporate career, he transitioned into entrepreneurship by establishing ventures centered around technology, investment intelligence, and data analytics. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bounce Watch, a platform that provides venture capital funds with data analytics and real-time market insights to support investment decision-making processes.

He is also among the founding partners of Bounce Partners, an initiative focused on supporting early-stage startups and technology investments.
