Enes Yılmaz

Enes Yılmaz is a leading executive with extensive knowledge and experience in e-commerce,
international logistics and logistics management. He is currently serving as the CEO at
Widect, a 100% subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, where he has been carrying out important
projects in the fields of operation performance and process management.

During his 3 years at Turkish Cargo, he served as Cargo Product Manager and Express &
Premium Services Manager, and assumed strategic responsibilities in the management of
cargo products and services. In these roles, he successfully managed and developed various
projects to increase the efficiency of cargo operations.

Mr. Yılmaz worked at Turkish Airlines for 8 years, where he served as a manager in
Operations Performance and Process Management. In this position, he gained extensive
experience in operational process improvement and performance management. He also
made significant contributions to process management and operational excellence in his
career as an engineer.

Enes Yılmaz’s areas of expertise include e-commerce strategies, international logistics
management, operational efficiency, process management and supply chain management.
Having completed his bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical
University, Yılmaz closely follows innovations and developments in the sector and leads
strategic projects.
