Senior Executive Appointment at Aras Kargo: Ramazan Altınay Becomes General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Aras Global
Aras Kargo has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Ramazan Altınay as Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member. Altınay will also continue his roles as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Aras Global.

Aras Kargo is strengthening its commercial organization. New appointments have been made within the company’s management structure.
Ramazan Altınay, who has been serving as Head of International Affairs, Business Development and Strategy since March 2023, was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Member of the Board of Directors of Aras Kargo as of October 1, 2026. Altınay will continue to serve as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Aras Global.
Who Is Ramazan Altınay?
Ramazan Altınay completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and an executive development program at Sabancı University. He worked in various roles for ten years at n11.com, one of Türkiye’s leading e-commerce platforms. His most recent position at n11 was “Deputy General Manager Responsible for Operations.” His previous work experience also includes transportation and operations management roles at Havi Logistics and TNT Express.
Ramazan Altınay has served as “Head of International Affairs, Business Development and Strategy” at Aras Kargo since March 2023. During this period, he was responsible for conducting industry and market research in the international arena, identifying new business opportunities and projects, establishing sustainable customer relationships, and managing process improvement initiatives. As of October 1, 2026, Altınay was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Member of the Board of Directors of Aras Kargo.
